- Buy-out of Dept. of Competence & Service in AKEL as on-going business with 19 employees
- Take-over of products, facilities and ongoing contracts - Owners: Management, key employees and local investor
- Share capital: NOK 3,6 mill
Highlights, first year of operation
- Turnover in 2005: NOK 65 mill, result NOK 6 mill
- Organization more than doubled: 42 employees, Jan 2006, and 52 employees from june 2006
- ISO 9001:2000 certified, and PED Module H certified
- Buy-out of offices and workshop at Stord, and started building “ technology centre”, total investment 18 mill NOK
- Won major supply and service contracts, for Norwegian and international markets
