Multi Purpose WOCS Container

The ADVANTEC WOCS is a new generation Workover Control System, for installation of subsea X-mas trees, tubing hangers and downhole completion, and for work-over intervention of Subsea wells. ADVANTEC performs system integration and supply of all system modules in a WOCS system, including

  • 25 ft WOCS Container, with MCP Section and HPU section
  • Main Umbilical’s and Jumper Umbilical’s with MQC plates
  • Air Driven Reels and Certified Sheaves
  • Dirty Return System and Baskets
  • LCP (Local Control Panel) and Local ESD Panels

Hydraulic Power Units

Robust electro hydraulic power packs are designed and fabricated to client specifications, for sale or for hire. ADVANTEC offers Hydraulic Power Units (HPU) and Electro Hydraulic Power Packs (EHPP) for many purposes.

Workover Umbilicals

ADVANTEC performs system integration for design and supply of complete Workover Systems, including Workover Umbilical’s. Umbilical designs, manufacturing & testing procedures are established in accordance with the latest ISO 13628 parts 5 and 7, and API 17E. ADVANTEC is fully accredited to ISO 9001.

Multi Quick Connector Plates

ADVANTEC performs system integration for design and supply of complete Workover Systems, including Hydraulic, Electric and Fibre Optical Couplers, and MQC Plates. System Designs, manufacturing & testing procedures are established in accordance with the latest ISO 13628 parts 5 and 7, -5 and API 17E. ADVANTEC is fully accredited to ISO 9001.

Reels

ADVANTEC acts as system integrator for supply of complete Workover Systems, including supply of constant tension reels, and transportation drums. Reel designs, manufacturing & testing procedures are established in accordance with the latest ISO 13628 parts 5 and 7, -5 and API 17E. ADVANTEC is fully accredited to ISO 9001.
The Reels are certified to DnV 2.7-1.

Sheaves & Baskets

ADVANTEC acts as system integrator for supply of complete Workover Systems, including Umbilical Sheaves and Transportation Baskets. Sheave design, manufacturing & testing procedures are established in accordance with the latest ISO 13628 parts 5 and 7, -5 and API 17E. ADVANTEC is fully accredited to ISO 9001. The Sheaves and Baskets are certified to DnV 2.7-1.
